Carl E. Juergens

Since his graduation from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1954, Carl has been an attorney in Springfield, Ohio.  He has practiced before both the Ohio and United States Supreme Courts. 

For years, Carl was a standing United States Bankruptcy Trustee in reviewing chapter 7 debtors. He also represented debtors in the chapter 7 filing process.  Carl still appears on behalf of debtors in bakruptcy court.

Carl also files decedant's estates and represents their heirs in the process.  Also, Carl continues to serve on the Clark County Probabte Court Committee.
