Carl E. Juergens

Since his graduation from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1954, Carl has been an attorney in Springfield, Ohio.  He has practiced before both the Ohio and United States Supreme Courts. 

Carl serves as a standing United States Bankruptcy Trustee in reviewing chapter 7 debtors to determine if there are non-exempt assets.  If such non-exempt assets are located Carl supervises their liquidation and cash disbursement among creditors. 

Carl also files decedant's estates and represents their heirs in the process.  Also, Carl continues to serve on the Clark County Probabte Court Committee.
