John C.A. Juergens

A 1986 graduate of the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University at Ada, Ohio. John's practice consists largely of consumer bankruptcy cases.  John enjoys filing a large number of both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.  Since 1991, John has been a member of the American Bankruptcy Law Forum.

John also serves as an attorney for real property issues, creditor's rights, domestic issues such as divorce and custody cases, and has been a member of the Clark County Common Pleas Court Committee and the Domestic Law Committee reviewing and recommending changes to local rules.

In addition, John represents clients charged with traffic and criminal cases including some felonies.

Giving back to the community John serves on boards of directors of local charitable organizations, and served as the 2005 Chairman of the Clark County, Ohio American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.
